All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2-4 days to update so please be patient.

Why is my order being shipping in different packages?
If you place an order containing multiple products, each may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on availability and the quickest delivery time. If the product is popular and on backorder , we might send packages separately and at different times to deliver the ones available as soon as possible.

Mr. Migget accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
